What is your shipping policy?
All items are dispatched with a tracked Royal Mail service within 24 hours of ordering, and are guaranteed to be delivered in 2-5 business days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £200.
Do you offer shipping protection?

If you would like to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft during shipping, you can purchase our designated shipping protection option at checkout for an additional £2.95.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that it was received — unworn with tags attached and in the original box.
