At Pristine Fits, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and securely as possible. All items are dispatched with a tracked Royal Mail service within 24 hours, and are guaranteed to be delivered in 2-5 business days.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £200 and currently only offer shipping to the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

If you would like to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft during shipping, you can purchase our designated shipping protection option at checkout for an additional £2.95. Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for the loss of a parcel, and we cannot assume responsibility for missing parcels that have been delivered to a safe space of your choice.
