We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that it was received — unworn and in the original box. Any items that do not meet this criteria will be returned back at the customers' expense.
To start a return, From here, you can select your reason for return as well as your choice of return (exchange, store credit or full refund). If approved, you will be required to purchase a return label to send your item back to us. We kindly ask that the item is returned to us in its original box and packaging. Any items that arrive damaged will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow upto 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that our team can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not offer full refunds on sale items. Any items of this nature that are returned are exclusively subject to store credit, which can be used on any future purchases within 365 days of issue.
